TANTOR
This powerful add-on turns any rear-loader garbage truck into a dual-action cleanup machine. While bins are emptied as usual, TANTOR vacuums loose waste from the ground – fast, clean, efficient.
A two-stage cyclone separator with integrated filter handles coarse and fine debris, feeding it directly into the compaction chamber – no intermediate steps, no extra containers.
The 5–10 m flexible hose reaches curbs, corners, and even elevated spots up to 3–4 m. Perfect for keeping collection points clean without extra manpower or vehicles.
Initial concept sketched out together with colleagues – rough shape and function via pen drawing. From there, I took over the CAD design and created the first wireframe visualizations, which later served as a basis for proposals and supplier discussions.
The backbone of the system – PECTOR is a modular rear body platform that carries and powers add-ons like TANTOR. Built for flexibility, made to work.
